• Buffer Lane: A storage system that can hold up to eight Pallets of dirty Totes, enabling continuous throughput.
• Depalletizer: Automatic unloading of Pallets.
• Tote Destackers: Destacking Totes with a high throughput rate of 4000 Totes per hour per destacker.
• Incline Conveyor and C-Turner: Transports and changes the orientation of Totes before and after the cleaning process.
• Vision System: Inspects Totes for cleanliness, damage, correct color, and other specifications.
• Reject Stations: For manually sorting and stacking rejected Totes.
• Tote Stackers: Stacking of approved Totes.
• Palletizer: Automation for loading stacked Totes.
• Stretch Wrapper: Ensures that the loaded Pallet with clean Totes is securely wrapped for transport.
